We try to reduce the chances of these errors by contacting you if we have any questions about your print - please look out for our emails! 

We'll get in touch with you. We occasionally spot what look like mistakes and we'll ask you for clarification if we need it. But we probably won't spot everything so please double-check the information you send us when you make your order!

If we contact you it's important that you respond quickly otherwise your print will be delayed - we can't design and print it until we have all the information we need.

Please keep an eye out for emails from us regarding your order!

If we've notified you that your order is on its way and it seems to be taking too long to arrive our usual advice is to check with neighbours whether they have taken delivery of the print - in our experience this is usually what's happened. Also contact your local Post Office (e.g. they may have tried to deliver the package and not been able to leave it with anybody).

If your package has a tracking number, please check the courier company's website - they often provide quite a lot of detail.

Your Prints

Once we've received all the information we need to create your print, we'll usually complete the design within one or two working days. Once the design is finished, we'll send it for printing by one of our partner printers.

If we have any questions about your order, we'll send you an email for clarification (for example, if we spot what we think is a spelling mistake). So please keep an eye out for any emails from us, otherwise the dispatch of your order will be delayed.

All our prints are printed on high quality paper with high quality inks. For most of our prints matte paper looks best, so that's what we use. For some prints (e.g. photo collages) we use satin or lustre paper. Each product listing includes a note about what kind of paper it's printed on.

We are based in Ireland but we use a number of different print companies located in the UK, Europe and the USA. We'll send your order to be printed by the printer who is closest to you - this is good for you, good for us and good for the planet.

It means your print will reach you quickly and reduces the chance it'll get damaged in transit.

Occasionally we may need to ship prints from further away than we'd like (e.g. if you order a print size that can't be printed by a local printer). In these rare cases we'll contact you first to see if we can find an alternative that works for both you and us.

All of our printers have high standards so if you receive a sub-standard print, please let us know! We want to be sure that our printers are doing a good job that our customers are happy with. 

Prints are packaged in strong protective cardboard tubes or flat packs, depending on size.

Canvas prints and framed prints are packed in protective cardboard packs.

Hopefully yes! We love hearing about new print ideas - or variations on existing ones. Send us your idea and we'll do our best to come up with something!

Shipping And Estimated Delivery Times

*** COVID-19 has already impacted delivery times, especially to non-UK shipping addresses. Our international print partners have reduced the capacity of some of their facilities (notably in the USA). Our print partners in the UK are small businesses who, at the moment (25 March 2020), are continuing to make prints. Delivery estimates will be impacted if COVID-19 affects the postal and delivery companies ***

Shipping to addresses in Europe and North America is FREE.

Shipping to Oceania is €8.00. 

Shipping to everywhere else is €12.00.

Once we've prepared your print (which usually takes a day or two) and sent it to our printer, estimated delivery times are:

Unframed prints are delivered by Royal Mail usually within 2 working days.
Canvas prints are delivered by Royal Mail usually within 2 to 5 working days.
Framed prints - A5, A4 and A3 prints are delivered by courier usually within 2 to 5 working days. Other sizes are delivered by courier usually within 5 to 10 working days.

We can't guarantee these delivery times because we can't control the postal services!

Unframed prints are delivered usually within 3 to 5 working days.

Canvas prints are delivered usually within 4 to 7 working days.

Canvas prints are delivered usually within 5 to 25 working days. Please note that we can't ship canvas prints to Australia due to import regulations!

We can't guarantee these delivery times because we can't control the postal services! 

Printing Errors

If we've made an error on your print (e.g. a spelling mistake) we're very sorry. Please contact us as soon as possible (and within 30 days at the latest). We'll need your order number and details of the error. We'll fix the error and send you a new print.
